Comfortable bed, clean room, great location, good price. Big room with lagoon view. TV and sliding glass door blocking noise. Safe and good size shower. Pools looked nice.

The hotel is conveniently located close to both the beach and a bus stop, allowing for easy access to downtown areas or bar areas. Guests have enjoyed the peaceful location, away from the noisy party and disco scene. The rooms are spacious and clean, offering spectacular views of the beach and river. The staff has been commended for their friendliness and respectfulness, with specific mentions of Antonio and Suri.
Some guests have mentioned that there were no blowdryers in the rooms, but this was not a significant issue as they spent most of their time at the beach anyway.

Additionally, the hotel has the convenience of a supermarket right at the entrance. The staff is friendly and provides excellent service. The rooms are spacious, with the option of having 3 beds or a sofa couch. The views over the lagoon are stunning and add to the overall pleasant experience. Lastly, the breakfast provided is satisfying and offers a good start to the day.

During my Christmas stay, I was kinda surprised by the hotel's key location, as it was conveniently close to both the lively bars and restaurants of the area and also provided easy access to the downtown area. The large rooms with great views over the lagoon were a definite highlight, especially during sunset viewing. the pool area was fantastic and provided a relaxing space to unwind and soak up the sun.
There were a couple of aspects that could be improved. the lack of onsite bars and restaurants was disappointing, as it would have been convenient to have these amenities readily available.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and had a comfortable bed. The hotel facilities were great, including the pools which looked inviting. The location was ideal, with easy access to the public beach and also close to shopping areas and downtown. The staff, especially Antonio and Suri, were friendly and respectful.
